Before you write

If the app shows an old version after an update, reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on macOS).

To help us reproduce the problem, please include:

1. What you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected.
2. Your Jira site URL (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net).
3. The name of the game, and the work item key if the problem concerns one.
4. Whether you are the facilitator, an estimator or a spectator in that game.
5. The exact error message shown by the app, or a screenshot.

Feature requests

Send them to the same address. Tell us what you are trying to achieve rather than the solution you have in mind — it usually leads to a better fit.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. The app runs entirely on Atlassian infrastructure and sends no data anywhere else.
